Our refund policy and satisfaction guarantee are very simple at GroWE.store. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out and let us know. We will either send you a replacement product or refund your order, depending on the circumstances.

Your refund will be credited back to the card you used to make your purchase, and it will arrive back in your account within 7-10 business days. If this is not the case, please don’t hesitate to reach out and let us know so we can check on it for you.

We love feedback and might ask you a few questions to get a better understanding of what your experience was. We also really appreciate it when you send us a photo of your product if it is damaged, unusable, or in any way not what you expected.
